1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed before shipment. Orders placed outside of these hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

During high-demand periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, order processing times may be extended up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team works diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Shipping methods and delivery times will vary based on your location and the items ordered. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Estimated U.S. Transit Times:

  • Western U.S. States: 1–5 business days

  • Eastern U.S. States: 5–7 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery windows. Actual transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.


3. International Shipping

We currently support international shipping to select countries. If your country or region is not listed at checkout, or if no shipping options are available for your location, we regret to inform you that we do not support orders from that area.

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

  • International taxes, duties, and VAT are not covered by Smashed Edibles and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with local customs authorities regarding any applicable fees before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, rejected, held, or seized by customs or other regulatory agencies.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customs refusal, or customer non-response, any additional shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from your original payment.

We strongly advise international customers to check with local customs authorities to understand import rules and restrictions for cannabis-infused products in their country before placing an order.


4. Shipping & Handling Policy

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers for your convenience. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

  • Carrier Services: We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and product.

  • PO Boxes: Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For faster service, please use a physical address when possible.

  • Shipping Delays: Smashed Edibles is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility. However, if your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Signature Requirements: For certain high-value orders, a signature upon delivery may be required for security purposes.


5. Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the destination. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
